What is the temperature
of the sauna and cold plunge?
Our Finnish sauna is set between 70-80°C. While our cold plunge chills between 8-12°C.
What do I do once I arrive?
Open the door using the app, the door will open once the clock strikes the start of your session.
Shoes off by the entrance, place your personal belongings in the changing room, change into your swimwear and rinse yourself in the shower. Make the most of the space and maximise your recovery.
What amenities are there?
What does ‘private recovery suite’ mean?
Your 50 minute session includes access to the following:
- Towels
- Shampoo / Conditioner / Shower Gel
- Hairdryer
- Water Dispenser (bring your own bottle)
Booking your time slot gives you exclusive access to the space. This means you are in control of who you add to your booking. No one else can book at the same time as you.
Reminder you can add a maximum of three additional people to your booking.

What happens if I am late to my booking?
Punctuality helps you get the most out of your session and make the most of your recovery time. Please note that your booking time remains fixed, so even if you arrive late, you’ll still need to leave the space at the scheduled end of your session.
Please ensure you stick to your booking time so the next customer isn’t affected. We really appreciate your respect and consideration – it helps us maintain a smooth and trusted experience for everyone.

How do I use the Normatec Compression boots?
Step 1: Put on the Boots

Unzip the Normatec boots and slide your legs in, feet first.

Pull the boots up to your thighs and zip them up.
Step 2: Connect the Hoses

Plug the hose connectors from the boots into the NormaTec control unit. They’ll click securely into place.
Step 3: Power On and Choose Your Settings

Press the power button on the side of the control unit to turn it on. Choose your intensity and press start.
What do I do in an emergency?
The sauna is equipped with an emergency SOS button. If you believe the stove is malfunctioning or have any safety concerns, please press and turn the emergency button to shut the system down immediately.
In the unlikely event of a fire, a sprinkler system is installed for added protection.
