1. General Use

 

1.1. RecoveryHUB is a private self-service recovery suite offering access to:

• Sauna

• Ice bath

• Mobility area

• Compression therapy (Normatec)

• Changing room, shower and bathroom facilities

 

1.2. The suite is strictly self-service. Customers are responsible for their own use of the equipment and facilities. No staff will be present during your session.

 

 

2. Booking and Access

 

2.1. All sessions must be pre-booked via our booking platform. Access details will be provided upon confirmation.

 

2.2. Your booking is valid only for the date and time specified. Late arrivals will not receive time extensions or refunds.

 

2.3. Only individuals named on the booking are permitted to use the facilities during the allocated session.

 

 

3. Health and Safety

 

3.1. You must be in good health and free from any conditions that could be aggravated by heat, cold exposure, or physical activity. If unsure, please consult a medical professional prior to using RecoveryHUB.

 

3.2. Use of the sauna, ice bath, and compression therapy is at your own risk.

 

3.3. You must shower before entering the sauna or ice bath and in-between use of both.

 

3.4. Pregnant individuals and those with cardiovascular, respiratory, or neurological conditions are strongly advised not to use the sauna or ice bath.

 

3.5. Do not use the facilities under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

 

3.6. People under the age of 18 are not permitted in RecoveryHUB.

 

4. Cleanliness and Conduct

 

4.1. Please treat the space with respect. Leave it in the same condition as you found it.

 

4.2. Dispose of all rubbish and use the provided towels and disinfectant spray to clean down equipment after use.

 

4.3. RecoveryHUB reserves the right to charge for damage or excessive cleaning.

 

 

5. Cancellation and Refunds

 

5.1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking will be eligible for a full refund.

 

5.2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of your session.

 

5.3. Exchanges and reschedules are possible if made more than 24 hours of your session.

6. Liability

 

6.1. RecoveryHUB is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during your use of the facility.

 

6.2. You are responsible for your own wellbeing and should use the equipment according to the provided instructions and your own physical limitations.

 

6.3. Personal belongings are left at your own risk. We do not accept liability for lost or stolen items.

 

 

7. CCTV and Privacy

 

7.1. CCTV is in operation in communal areas for security purposes. There is no surveillance in private areas such shower, bathroom and changing facility.

 

7.2. Your personal information will be handled in line with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

 

8.1. RecoveryHUB reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and communicated where necessary.By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
