At RecoveryHUB, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring the smooth operation of our private self-service suite.
1. Cancellations
1.1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your bookingYou are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance.
1.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your bookingUnfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled session.
2. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
2.1. Late Arrivals
Your session begins and ends at the time booked. If you arrive late, your session time will be reduced accordingly, and no refund or partial credit will be issued.
2.2. No-Shows
If you do not attend your session and do not cancel in advance, no refund will be provided.
3. Exchanges and Reschedules
Exchanges and reschedules are possible if made more than 24 hours of your session.
4. Facility Issues and Exceptions
If there is a technical or maintenance issue that prevents use of the suite, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a full refund or alternative solution.In exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergency), we may review your request on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund
